Expertise in areas such as penetration testing, managed detection and response (MDR), incident response, and cybersecurity strategy and compliance.

Job Purpose

Develop and implement sales strategies for client base expansion and revenue growth. Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Build strong client relationships and promote a solution-based selling approach. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor sales targets, adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, conducting performance reviews and implementing training programmes.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management with a record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and MDR solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, market research, and presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
