Job Purpose
- Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address clients' specific needs and risk profiles.
- Leverage a solutions-based selling approach to deliver exceptional value, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client challenges, design customised cybersecurity solutions, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the company's mission of providing comprehensive cybersecurity services.
Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges and risk profiles.
- Design and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions, primarily focusing on Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Develop and demonstrate MDR services and other cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a pre-sales consultant role, focusing on solution selling and building client relationships.
- Strong experience in developing and demonstrating Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and other cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record in understanding client needs, assessing risk profiles, and developing customised cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to work closely with sales and technical teams to develop detailed proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and technical documentation.
