Job Purpose

Lead and manage a comprehensive cybersecurity programme aligned with the organisation's strategic goals. Oversee critical cybersecurity initiatives, manage and develop a skilled team, and implement effective risk management practices. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage substantial budgets, and drive the adoption of new technologies and processes. Enhance the organisation's cybersecurity infrastructure through strategic leadership and innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive cybersecurity programme, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and oversee projects from inception to completion within set budget and scope.
• Supervise a team of two project managers, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and empowering work environment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project goals and expectations.
• Manage a substantial budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources to meet programme objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex cybersecurity programmes across technology and non-technology business units.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in team development and mentorship.
• Expertise in overseeing large-scale projects and managing significant budgets.
